By accessing PlayCroco Casino, creating an account, or accepting any prize, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. General Terms
Agreement Acceptance
Each time you access the Casino, open or use a member account, or accept any prize, that action constitutes a new acceptance of and agreement to these Terms and Conditions as posted at the time of that action.
Jurisdiction & Legal Compliance

By playing at PlayCroco, you represent and warrant that: (i) you have determined that online gaming is not prohibited in your jurisdiction, (ii) there are no restrictions on you playing at the Casino, (iii) you have full legal right to play, and (iv) you will comply with all applicable laws.
Eligibility Requirements
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater) to play at PlayCroco Casino. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Any transactions by minors are void and winnings will not be paid out.
Personal Use Only
All play at PlayCroco must be purely for personal enjoyment, recreation and entertainment. Any professional or commercial use is strictly prohibited. You confirm that you do not find the Casino, its games, or online gaming to be offensive, immoral, objectionable, unfair or indecent.
Risk Acknowledgment
All play is at your sole risk. You bear all risks associated with gaming and wagering. There is no assurance of winnings, and you may lose any money deposited. We acknowledge that some people have gambling addictions and will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from such problems.
Prohibited Persons
Employees of PlayCroco Casino, its licensees, distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, media partners, retailers and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the games.
Account Management
Registration Information
When creating an account, you must accurately provide: first name, last name, email address, street address (no PO boxes), city, state/province, zip/postal code, country, phone number and date of birth. This information must be kept up to date. You may be required to provide details on source of funds and source of wealth.
One Account Per Player
Each user is permitted to register and operate only one account. Creating or using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Any breach may result in closure of all associated accounts, and any funds, bonuses or winnings obtained through duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account number and password secure and secret. You are responsible for any deposits, wagers, losses or transactions made through your account. Never share your account details with anyone, including minors.
If you lose your account information or if it is disclosed to another person, PlayCroco will not be responsible for any amounts in or claims regarding that account.
Payment Methods
Use of a bank card issued in a name other than the registered account holder is forbidden. Deposits will be accepted in the name of the registered account holder only. Copies of cards used for deposits are required at cash-out. Authorization letters and legal ID documents will be required from the cardholder.
Account Closure
PlayCroco reserves the right to cancel any account for any reason, paying out the balance at time of cancellation. Accounts inactive with no login for 12 consecutive months will be considered dormant and any remaining balance forfeited. Accounts with no real money deposits and no login for 60 days will have balances automatically removed.
Bonuses & Promotions
Bonus Terms
Any player deemed to be abusing bonus terms will forfeit any entitlement to winnings. No more than $180 can be withdrawn if won from any bonus where there has been no cash deposit. PlayCroco reserves the right to remove all winnings exceeding $180 where there has been no cash deposit.
Wagering Requirements
To comply with anti-money-laundering regulations, cash-outs are not permitted unless deposited funds have been wagered a minimum of 1X. Specific bonus wagering requirements can be found in the bonus terms.
Promotional Abuse
Players who attempt to cash in amounts more than their initial purchase before reaching the minimum level of play required for bonus eligibility will automatically have funds redeposited and may be restricted from using their accounts. Players identified as promotional abusers will forfeit all winnings.

Processing Times
Initial cash-outs or changes to payment details are subject to clearance by the payment processor’s risk department. This review can take up to 5 business days, after which you will be informed via email of your payment processed date.
PlayCroco will make every attempt to ensure all cash-outs are paid out in a timely fashion. Certain factors beyond our control, including limitations imposed by financial institutions, may result in longer processing times.
Chargebacks & Disputes
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, management reserves the right to withhold, cancel or adjust balances, bonuses or winnings and to suspend or close the account and any related accounts at its discretion.
Slot Tournaments
Tournament Buy-Ins
Tournament Buy-Ins, Add-ons or Re-Buys will be deducted from your Real Money account balance. Bonuses cannot be used for Buy-Ins, Add-ons or Re-Buys on Slot Tournaments. If you use playable balance from a no-deposit bonus to enter a tournament, the maximum cash-out amount of 5 times the bonus will be applied to any winnings.
Disconnections
If you are disconnected during tournament play, the slot will not spin on your behalf. If you reconnect within the tournament time, you can continue playing. If you cannot reconnect, your Win Box total will remain static at the amount at time of disconnection.
Freeroll Tournaments
Freeroll Tournaments are only for depositing customers. Customers who have never made a real money deposit are ineligible to participate. This rule also applies to accounts where no real money deposit has been made in the last 3 months.
Tournament Prizes
Tournament prizes are awarded as real money balance with no wagering restrictions and can be immediately withdrawn by the player. PlayCroco reserves the right to limit eligibility of customers to participate in any tournaments for any reason without notice.
Additional Terms
Software & Technical Issues
The Casino’s server software shall be the official register of all gaming transactions. In case of discrepancy, the server software result shall be the official record. Use of non-approved client software (including “robot” players) is strictly prohibited and may result in invalidation of wagers and account closure.
Errors & Malfunctions
If funds are credited to your account in error, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately. Funds credited in error will not be considered winnings and will not be paid out. Any winnings achieved after an error are invalid and shall be retained by the Casino.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute regarding use of the Casino, player accounts, eligibility for winnings or any related matter, the decision of PlayCroco shall be final and binding.
Abusive Language
Abusive or offensive language will not be tolerated. This includes profane, sexist or racist language in usernames, player IDs, or communications with staff. Violations will result in suspension of playing privileges or account closure.
Intellectual Property
All names, logos and intellectual property displayed on PlayCroco are trademarks and trade names of the Casino. You obtain no rights to such trademarks by using the website.
Indemnification
You agree to hold PlayCroco Casino, its employees, officers, directors and affiliates harmless and shall indemnify them from any costs, expenses, liabilities and damages arising from your use of the Casino, participation in games, or acceptance of any prize.
Special Programs
